@AmericanAir @EnvoyAir @MesaAirlines im stuck in a city so small the airport closes, and the hotels in the city are absolutely sold out. What am I supposed to do until I can catch the first flight out? I cant wait in the airport until the morning because it closes.

@AmericanAir @PSAAirlinesInc @envoyair you have to do better. This was an unacceptable experience.

@TMobileHelp I called @Assurant back and the supervisor hung up on me. Filing a claim has been an absolute nightmare.

@TMobile @Assurant I need one of you to assist me. @Assurant refuses to help me with a claim and refers me back to my carrier. I call my carrier sprint and they tell me my phone was indeed covered under insurance and refers me back to @Assurant.

I am determined to remain positive. I get to the airport check my bag with 10 minutes to spare to get through TSA and board. In my years of travel, I have never been selected for a random search, but I was today. On the ONE day I am legit pressed for time.

I snoozed my alarm and now im in a panic because I was supposed to stay up and now I overslept. I calm myself because I have TSA pre check, no biggie, then I realized I was checking a bag. Now im in a panic again. The uber arrived and he knows how to drive when one is in a rush.

So I'm extremely tired, i decide to stay closer to the airport, the first hotel was a catfish. I immediately checked out. I get to the second hotel and I am pleased.

After a long day of searching for another flight same day, I accepted defeat because I understood. I head to the airport because im simply not seeing anything for the next few days and the 200 minute wait time was obnoxious. I was rebooked with @jetblue for today out of JFK

Typically when my flights have been cancelled, I've always been automatically rebooked in the next available and if I agree I keep the flight, if I don't I cancel. @JetBlue really played with me. And tryna book a flight last minute with another airline has been ghetto.

I now personally understand how people feel when they get to my hotel to check in with me and the stress of their day is unloaded on me. Because Chileeeeeeeee.
