2023 Year-End Round-Up of What I Have Learned, Re-learned, or Doubled Down on. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ Prepare yourself for unchosen suffering with chosen suffering. Suffering is going to happen in life. People will leave your life, relationships will break down, people close to you will pass away, bad things can and will happen. The mind must be fortified to endure. Wake up on a winter morning at 5 AM, turn on the shower at the coldest setting and hop in. Your brain will get overwhelmed. You will want to jump out and you have an out. What will you do in real life, when there is no out? I have gone through the depths of hell and back. This lesson I learned a long time ago was the saving grace. Embrace the suck. Develop a warrior mindset. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ Peak performance is a union of the body and the mind. The body must be honed to be in peak physical shape and this must be aligned with a resilient and still mind. One without the other is a fish without water. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ It's not over, until it's over. No matter how down bad you are right now. If you are breathing, you have a duty. There is always a way. You must continue to wage war. Do not go gentle into the good night. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ Be a Good Person. Cliché huh? What are you doing to help the people in your community and the people around you? What is your true why? You must be a beacon of light for the people who enter into the radius of your presence. Can't help with money? Use the power of your tongue. People are going through more shit than you can possibly imagine. A genuine compliment, being a listening ear, or uplifting someone by volunteering your time can make a significant difference. Volunteer in your community. Be a contributing member of society. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ Time is God's Allowance Do you really understand the value of your time? Sit down and think about this. Stop f-ing around with your time. Every second in this life must be used intentionally. Stop living life on autopilot. Be a "time billionaire" (google) ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ The Compounding Effect of the 1% Daily Improvement is not to be taken lightly. When you have mountains to climb, shrink the horizon. One foot in front of the other until the view in front is from the top. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ Perspective > Perception Perception is the unique filter through which we view the world with baked-in biases. Perspective is stepping outside of yourself and viewing things from an eagle-eye view. Understand the difference b/w the two, especially in situations where your mind wants you to use the filter that blocks all other information out. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ “Remind yourself what you have been through and what you’ve had the strength to endure.” Remember all that you have overcome. Use this power in moments when the walls are closing in once again. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ Motivation is bullshid. Discipline is forever. The momentary bursts of motivation are psyops. Focus on the daily mundane tasks that no one wants to do day in and day out. Can you look yourself in the mirror and say, "No one can outwork me." ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ “He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has.” - Epictetus Gratitude is a super power. The daily grind often clouds this especially for people who are extremely driven. Try to view life from a state of abundance every now and again. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉ ↦ "The unexamined life is not worth living." - Socrates Think about this. How many of the ideas, theses and beliefs you have, have been shoved down your throat by others around you? How many of your beliefs, ideas and theses that you brainlessly regurgitate have you stripped down to their core? It's time to understand who you really are, what you stand for and why you stand for those beliefs. Routinely question your beliefs. Ensure you have individuals or sources around that provide contrary beliefs (in a logically constructive manner) so that you do not get pigeon holed into your own bullshid. Few. ┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉┉

@simplybitcoin @worstcontrarian WHAT A LOAD OF SHIT!!

Alert!! @BitMartExchange has allowed an imposter project to use the Qubic ticker and list on its platform. This is a deliberate scam and efforts to resolve it with both parties were ignored. The Qubic on Bitmart is FAKE. We have already removed it from @coinmarketcap, but we need the community to demand accountability from Bitmart and the imposter project using our qubic ticker. Raise your voices!
