@KenDBerryMD The problem with the "sugar free" label is that if you use a sugar other than table sugar (glucose/fructose blend) you don't have to call it sugar and you can label your product "sugar-free". So check the carb content.

@5MinuteBody I add salt to nearly everything and I've been told by in-laws I'll get high blood pressure. Last month my BP was 116/69 and my bloodwork showed I was a little low on sodium so I'm increasing salt. Low sodium can cause fatigue, muscle weakness, intolerance to heat, and more
All medical facilities today are corporations, and corporations are run by executives who must increase profits on a timely basis or be fired. Curing patients aka losing clients is not profitable. This explains a lot. So why are they promoting plant-based diets?
How about a fast food/convenience tax that would be used to hire and equip crews that go around and pick up lazy people’s trash all day?
