@CoachFloyd252 Tried it, didn't like having the Guard passing up a crashing DE to get to a backer. Not sure how to make it work if your kick player start behind your wrap player

6 principles of an elite mindset: 1️⃣ You’re never too good to get better. 2️⃣ Do what you do on purpose, with purpose. 3️⃣ Little by little, a little becomes a lot. 4️⃣ Focus on the process 5️⃣ Embrace the boredom of consistency. 6️⃣ Learn from failure. WIN THE DAY!!

“The mind is like a fertile empty field. You can plant whatever you want, and it will grow in rich abundance. It is your choice what you plant, and all of us fight that battle every day.” -John Harbaugh

Sleeping in is a choice. Rising early is a choice. Cutting corners is a choice. Doing extra is a choice. Eating junk food is a choice. Eating healthy is a choice. Skipping reps is a choice. Attacking the weight room is a choice. Which choice will you make today? #CultureWins

If you need a daily hug and pep talk just to do your job, you have big problems. Life can be very cruel and disappointing for the unmotivated. Be a difference maker not an energy taker.

Just because you’re Strong doesn’t mean you’re Tough. Resilience and Will Power should be mandatory in all training programs due to the fact that it applies to everything you’ll need the rest of your life.
