We read the Mary & Martha story today at small group and after the atrocious comments I read on the internet today about women theologians I think we all need to hear the words of Jesus: “Mary has chosen what is better and it will not be taken away from her.” Not by anyone.
If my six year old and 13 year old would take Jesus’ teaching to heart, our home would be a much quieter place: "So don’t worry, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?” IOW: QUIT ASKING FOR SNACKS!
