@arcluna @BillHuntBits I ended up sending 5 emails over 4 months and then in November the copies showed up at my door. I was always polite and stayed persistent.

"The Longest Lived People Had High Cholesterol...I Am A Great Defender Of Cholesterol. It Is A Molecule Of Life." Dr Ben Bikman, PhD "Studies On Longevity Show That We Need LDL To Fight Infections...It Is An Unsung Hero Of Immunity." "The Higher Your LDL, The Longer You Live." If your Doctor has told you that high LDL & Cholesterol are dangerous...you need a new Doctor. LDL is a transport molecule for cholesterol & is responsible for these key functions: 1⃣ LDL maintains cell membrane structure & keeps electron flow stable. 2⃣ It builds lipid rafts that organize cell signaling & redox balance. 3⃣ LDL delivers fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E & K for critical functions. 4⃣ It transports antioxidants like vitamin E to fight oxidative stress. 5⃣ LDL supplies cholesterol to repair damaged tissues & membranes. 6⃣ It provides raw material for making all steroid hormones. 7⃣ LDL neutralizes bacterial toxins & supports innate immunity. 8⃣ It helps structure water around membranes to maintain charge. 9⃣ LDL buffers electromagnetic energy & supports cellular resilience. 🔟 It delivers energy-rich triglycerides to keep metabolism flexible. Research has confirmed over & over that the higher your LDL the longer you live. LDL is a transport molecule for cholesterol & a vital immune system regulator. Lowering LDL thru statin drugs has deadly & deleterious effects. For example, It has been documented that when LDL drops below 70 mg/dL, hemorrhagic strokes (brain bleeds) increase almost 3 fold. When total cholesterol is chemically lowered below 180 mg/dL the rate of cancer & dementia increases drastically. And when total cholesterol stays below 150, chronic illnesses like cancer & autoimmune diseases occur & cannot be healed nor put into remission. For Vibrant Metabolic & Mitochondrial Health: A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils, sugar & processed foods provides the best healthy cholesterol profile. This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best Biomarkers for Cardiovascular health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be 1.5 or less. 👇The Higher Your LDL, The Longer You Live👇 meddocsonline.org/annals-of-epid… 👇Low Cholesterol Causes Heart Disease & Cancer👇 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21160131/ 👇Low LDL Causes 3X Hemorrhagic Strokes👇 neurology.org/doi/10.1212/WN… Speaker: Dr Ben Bikman. He wasn’t ready to go, did what he needed to do, had a blast, said his goodbyes, and then left. From start to end, everything he did was on his own terms. Absolute fucking icon. RIP Ozzy. ❤️
