Got my hands on a copy of this and I couldn’t put it down. I think this is a must-read for anyone involved in scaling revenue at any company, but especially startups. One of the most practical texts I’ve ever read on how you build the structures to scale.

EU Inc. will succeed only if founders and investors choose to use it. That means getting the details right. Europe needs one company structure to start, fund, hire and scale across the Single Market. Not 27 sets of rules. I spoke with @andreasklinger, @_iwonabiernat and @vojtechcz about why the stakes are so high. If EU Inc. is watered down, founders will keep looking elsewhere to scale. Europe’s founders have built momentum. Now political leaders must match their ambition and deliver a standard people will trust and use.
