@CanadaSoccerEN why are there no World Cup jerseys for young kids available? Only a youth small? . Every other country in the WORLD has kits for 3Months+. We are the HOSTS?! This will probably never happen again. Do better, leave a legacy! Kids are excited too! @Nike

@EmiratesSupport You must be joking. I have already and you sent me a link asking me how satisfied I am with your service in response? 🤣

@binnanano @emiratesSupport @emirates My flights were on the 30th! Got my money (minus 25% 🙄) refunded within 36 hours of submitting.

@Sharon_DSilva @emirates I didn’t have a response but they have since updated their FAQ’s to say no fees. When I saw this I filled out the refund form and got my money back within 36 hours. However, they took 25% in fees. 😆😆 So now I’m ready to start an argument..

Hi @emirates - your website says customers booked for flights before 31 March can request a refund. Can you confirm that this would be a refund with no fees deducted? Your FAQs haven’t been updated to this effect yet.

@binnanano @emiratesSupport @emirates Just saw this, sorry. Yes I will update! I suspect it will be a case of having to do a chargeback for the outstanding amount, sadly. But maybe @emirates will stand by their word!

@binnanano @emiratesSupport @emirates Yes - emirates.com/uk/english/man… It’s the FAQ “how can I request a refund” there’s another there that also indicates refunds no fees (but they took fees = £350 from me) 😆🙃

@binnanano @emiratesSupport @emirates I submitted the form and got my refund 24 hours later…… with 25% deducted. So tbh, I would wait if you can. Now I am chasing the outstanding amount despite the fact their website literally says “no fees” 🙄

@emiraats_Custs Unless you’re going to transfer me £500 Chris, you and your fake emiRATs account can kick rocks 👉🏻

@emirates @emiratesSupport - please explain why, despite saying we can request a refund without any fees, you did deduct 25% fees from my refund? I trust you are aware of consumer protection laws and the rules around price transparency?
