AI that saves real hours. For busy people, not tech teams.
No hype, no jargon. Just stuff you can use tonight.

Try it today: next time AI nails a task (quote follow-up, review reply, weekly roster), ask it:
"Turn what we just did into step-by-step instructions I can reuse."
Save it. Paste it in next time.
Which job would you lock in first?
Think of it like a kitchen.
The AI is the chef. Your notes about your business are the notebook. A "skill" is the recipe card: the same proven method, every time.
Same chef, better recipe, more consistent results.
Save the replies as email templates or phone text shortcuts. Next time, tweak a line and send. Always give it a quick read first. What's the question you answer most?
Open ChatGPT and paste: "Here are 5 questions customers ask me all the time. Write a short, friendly reply to each in my voice. Plain Australian English, no jargon." Then list your 5 questions underneath.
Got a pile of Google reviews? Paste your last 20 into ChatGPT and ask: "What do customers praise most, what do they complain about, and what words do they use?" Then borrow their exact words for your next post or ad. 10 minutes, free, and your customers just wrote your copy 😉
Snap the receipts, upload to ChatGPT and ask: "Make a table: date, supplier, amount, GST. Flag anything you can't read." Then check the flagged ones yourself. AI drafts, you sign off.
FAQ Friday: Is it safe to tell AI about my business?
Some of it, yes. Passwords, balances, full addresses? Keep those out.
Simple test: would it hurt if it leaked? If yes, it stays out of the chat.
Agents can draft. You hit send.
Before you hit send on that important email today, paste it into AI and ask: "What could the reader misunderstand here?"
Not "make it better." You get the confusing bits flagged instead of a rewrite that sounds like a robot.
Small switch, way clearer emails ✉️
The bottleneck with AI isn't the AI anymore. It's people who can turn one real task into a system that runs.
Anthropic put US$100M behind training 10,000 of them. Commonwealth Bank is in the first cohort.
Your version: pick one task you repeat and build one workflow around it.
Old rule: want more done? Work longer or hire more.
New rule: delegate everything, starting with AI.
If the tool for it doesn't exist yet, it probably will within months. 🧭
AI giving you a long, waffly answer?
Add this to the end of your prompt:
'Answer in 3 bullet points, plain English, no jargon.'
Shorter answers, less scrolling, same brainpower. Try it on your next question 👇
Got a lease, a contract or a pile of receipts?
ChatGPT's camera can now scan several pages in a row and combine them into one PDF. Then you can ask: "List every date, fee and cancellation condition in plain English."
Check the important bits yourself.
Starting something you know nothing about? Don't ask AI to do it yet. Ask it to teach you first:
"I want to [start X], but I know nothing about it. Teach me the 10 expert terms I need, then tell me which question to settle first."
You'll ask far better questions after that.
Free Claude can now turn messy notes into a finished slide deck.
Paste your rough notes at claude.ai and type: "Turn this into a 6-slide deck I can export to PowerPoint or PDF."
Read every slide before you share it.
Most of us still ask ChatGPT a question, get an answer, and close the tab. Tonight, hand it one full job instead: paste messy notes and ask for a short priority list plus one email you can send. Same AI. Different outcome. What's the one job you'd hand over?
