@josephflaherty Actually, this kind of digital meets analog art is way over 10 years old. I should know, I was a part of it. In 2013 it was going strong, and the artist's didn't need to vibe code, they did their homework and programmed it themselves. That art has real value, this is copy cat.

@ImanGhanizada @bryan_johnson It’s a different body focus so the muscles need that endurance upgrade there as well. But probably important for cardiovascular to make sure the whole body is evenly “vascular”. Just a guess

This may indeed cause an effect where people move on, instead of stepping foot inside the property and experiencing it as a “home”. A virtual envir will cause people to see it through that lens, and maybe downgrade it subconsciously in that mode vs practical real life expectations.

@DallasAptGP Investors don't get to offset anything but the passive income in their portfolio for that year. Gotta execute OZ perfectly. 10 years is nobody's timeline these days. This is a SLOW method and only matters if you are planning on exiting your RE portfolio. Otherwise, go 1031.
