Hey @amazon I just dealt with an extremely rude customer service MANAGER who refused to help after being on the phone for 55 minutes, and then hung up on me. I’m just trying to return an item. What’s the deal with this?

Hey @AirbnbHelp. A host entered our rental this past weekend not only without being invited, but when specifically asked not to. I filed a claim & was told it was being handled internally, with no restitution made to me. Is this standard for @Airbnb properties? Do hosts enter?

Hey @Hertz I had over 2000 points (2 days of rentals) that I was saving for my wedding weekend. Just went to book and have been told they’re expired. My last activity was 369 days ago. Is this how customer service works at Hertz?
