@NathanAClark @MC_of_A Where is agreement on what a cross is in the priority? 😁

@peacock Can you look at choosing a different font for the score of your games? A narrow 0 looks like a 1 if you are on a phone and/or have bad vision…and/or astigmatism. Actually it looks like a narrow 11. I hate my eyes.

@MC_of_A I’d be disappointed if Simeone couldn’t do this. He’ll be rated as the best CB in the world while mangling the legs of Mbappe.

@NathanAClark @TheExtraInch Awesome presentation. “What is a cross?” is interesting. I’ve thought of a cross as from outside the box and is just lobbing it in hopes a player can get to it. Inside the box, it is a more decisive play where the player is sending a pass intently to where a player will be

@NathanAClark I know this is WAY late, but I try to not judge a 6 when one or more defenders are out, and try to not judge defenders when a 6 is out. Their interplay is so important that we almost always see a drop off when one or more of the 3 are injured.

@NathanAClark People need to get their heads checked if they are expecting Spurs to still win with this many players out. No manager in history could win in this situation.

@BardiTEI Pep couldn’t win missing one player in a squad 2-deep. No manger in the history of football will win with this many players out. Expectations are beyond ridiculous.

@NathanAClark @TheExtraInch I get using IWB on buildup play, but I still struggle to understand it in the final 3rd. It leaves attacking, goal scoring players wide, while putting other positions in the box to score when they aren’t scorers. You lose overlaps, and better crossers

@EuroExpert_ This is my biggest pet peeve with his system and to me it gets even worse when in the final third. You have 5-6 players all just standing around the edge of the box while it gets passed around. It’s not until someone moves back or out wide that things progress forward.

@GTWScar I keep up with this Anti-Monopoly Substack. At the end of this one, there is a note about a reader email. It’s about the wheelchair monopoly and how it’s impossible to get them repaired now. shorturl.at/XT9ef archive.ph/TkKMy

@NathanAClark @WindyCOYS just want to remind of this comment. I have a feeling the pitchforks will be out after today. But everyone should have known these losses will happen.

@NathanAClark There will likely be some very ugly unexpected losses. It really just depends on how much patience Spurs fans have…which…*checks notes*…yeah it won’t end well.

@SamLee As a neutral, I don’t understand how that isn’t at least a foul? I totally understand being shoulder to shoulder and knocking someone down, but he saw a chance to body check and took it. That’s a high risk of whiplash/concussion.

@ReedTimmerUSA @ryanhallyall I’d say there is a general group of dedicated followers that makes your statement true. However, there are casual people who don’t read or watch the content, they just see headlines and freak out. It’s not specific to weather, but it does happen with weather.

@MyGolfSpy 50, 57, 64. Having big gaps in wedges isn’t a concern. It’s easy to reduce distances on a wedge shot. It’s harder to do with longer irons. 64 is like cheating around rock hard Bermuda greens.
