@weijia Weijia, I’m white and my daughter is adopted from China. I was looked at like a pervy just sitting at the playground. No one could even make the leap that I was her father. In the play date department, it made it all the more awkward when I was the at-home parent.

This is really heartbreaking (from the daughter of Honolulu Police Officer shot and killed in the line of duty this week. There were two Officers killed and one injured.
