I don't get it. Policy decisions around Medicare reform seem to go like this. 1.Govt effectively reduces the Medicare rebate over decades, assuming that GPs are too compassionate to charge patients who can't pay. Most GPs pay the gap between the cost & rebate themselves

As a practice, we are working on how to immunise our patients & deciding if we can build extra capacity. We will need to work longer to do this without neglecting our usual care. My elderly patients are wanting reassurance that I will personally immunise them. Yes is my answer.
