@IngaSaffron Pretty sure all the developers do this. If they acquire a valuable site first, they know they won’t be able to do the lowest risk highest profit plan, so they take roll of wearing down the public and initial demolition. Asking too much is what stalls the grand plan… then sell

Someone once said that Facebook contains the people you know in real life but don’t want to hear from while Twitter contains the people you don’t know in real life but actually want to hear from. If it collapses I will miss all those folks I never had the pleasure to meet.

New progress: completed bend angle and length templates for the front arm sweeps that will support the front wheel (yes, it's needed, to reduce steering forces/resistance against pilot, applied by the loaded cargo bed).

Glorious being able to bike to Forbidden Drive again since it was closed off for two years due to a washed out bridge. So I wrote this carillon composition to accompany to express how it felt!
@Lukethefly My u-lock won't be anywhere near bike/road divider lane, just randomly lashing out like a 'crazy ivan' any time soon, either. Stay f away from bikes, u don't want a fatality on conscience? nor even 30 minutes to change insurances (or wait for an ambulance) for more minor hit.
