Amen to that. @FlightHub is horrendous. Surprising Canada hasn't figured out a way to monitor stuff like this and protect paying customers from what feels like a total scam.

Had an amazing experience with @smithhotels. Can't say enough good things about their customer service. They helped us book some wonderful hotels for our honeymoon in #croatia @VillaDubrovnik and @ExcelisorHotel were stunning. Amazing value as well.

Our honeymoon was almost completely ruined thanks to @FlightHub we had to fly there and back separately, and the experience was traumatizing. Their customer service is mind blowingingly rude and completely incompetent. NEVER using them again.

AWFUL experience with @FlightHub on our honeymoon. Didn't email my e-ticket so never saw a spelling error in my name. Was kicked off all my flights and had to buy a new ticket. Their customer service reps are outright rude and raise their voices or hang up on you.
