J’appelle Orange… #SFR

@SFR your technician whom was supposed to show up between 10 and 12 didnt show up. Not only that but he moved the appointment 5 days from today. Your customer service on the phone is giving me the run around for 20minutes. No solutions, no help to resume service.

@GoPro can I get some help on an order I placed? Your phone support was less than helpful or pleasant. Thanks.

#fnac #arnaque

@HSBC hey guys please work on your iOS app. It’s just terrible and lacks functionality. Come on it’s almost 2020!!! I’m considering changing bank because of your app, it’s that bad!

@AskAmex The agent online refused to escalate the issue, but I will take your advice and call. Could you provide me with a phone number to the right person. I’m currently abroad. Would you also be able to tell me why my Amex Hilton account doesn’t show on my credit report after 2 months?

@AmericanExpress absolute disappointment with in-app customer service. Your agent accused me of abusing the system and told me that I will not get my sign in bonus point on my Amex Hilton card. I have excellent credit score and I have always paid my Amex on time. Please help.
