Passed out again today. Hit my head again along with my body. While getting up fell again and hit my head again. My body and head are killing me. My family doesn’t want to hear me. I can understand but sometimes you just need to vent.

I did not nap. So I am up drinking caffeinated tea. I had lunch with Mumzy today... the restaurant was empty so I felt OK. I had a freaking cheeseburger and it was damn good. I have not had read meat or any meat much on this diet. I needed it today.
