If you want a new hobby, want to make new friends, want to have fun, and hate exercise/diets/being pressurised by society and the media about what your body should look like, what it should or shouldn't do, then come and play with us.
Things we hear everyday:- 🧵 "I've always wanted to do Pole Fitness/Pole Dance/Aerial Silks/Aerial Hoop/The Splits, But...." Usually followed by.... "I've not got the strength or flexibility for that" or "I'm to old/heavy/unfit". Let's say this again for everyone at the back:-

Mental health is hugely important, and not something to be made fun of. There's nothing funny about men taking care of their mental health and that of their colleagues. The only thing I disagree with is the redtop newspaper, although I suppose it isn't as bad as TheScum (TheS*n)
