Happy Labor Day from Getting Well Naturally! We hope you all have a wonderful day celebrating every dedicated worker you are blessed to know! Thank you for all you do.
"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." Galatians 5:1 🎆 Happy 250th Independence Day! It is truly a blessing to call this land home. We hope you all have a wonderful and safe weekend!
Balanced blood pressure starts with supporting the health of your blood vessels through nutrition and lifestyle choices.
Life Extension Neuro-Mag delivers a highly absorbable form of magnesium known as magnesium L-threonate, which is uniquely able to cross the blood-brain barrier and directly support brain function. #holistichealth #magnesium #brainhealth #naturalwellness
Why 30g of protein at breakfast? It’s the threshold to trigger muscle protein synthesis. If you're just having toast, your body stays in a catabolic state. Add eggs or Greek yogurt to flip the switch. #ProteinGoal #HealthyBreakfast #MuscleProteinSynthesis
What you eat directly impacts how well your brain can focus, remember, and stay energized throughout the day. #brainhealth #brainfog #holistichealth #mindbodysoul
A day of remembrance and hope 💚 Happy Easter everyone! We hope you and your families all have a blessed day! #HappyEaster #Resurrection #Jesus
"But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." Isaiah 53:5 ✝️ #GoodFriday #Easter #HisSacrifice #Jesus
Muscle influences nearly every system that matters for a long, healthy life: metabolism, immunity, heart health, brain health, resilience to illness, and physical independence. When muscle tissue is strong and active, aging slows. When it declines, you become more fragile.

What can you eat to improve kidney health? 🥗 #kidneyhealth #wholistichealth #renalwellness #mindbodyspirit #naturalwellness
There are more complex ways to be healthy, but in simple terms: 1. Move until you sweat. 2. Lift heavy things. 3. Eat real food in moderation. 4. Sleep 5. Spend time with those you love & on activities you truly care about. Get those right & you are most of the way there.
"My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you." John 15:12 ❤️ Happy #ValentinesDay from Getting Well Naturally! We hope you have a blessed day celebrating the ones you love.
Did You Know? Creatine’s health benefits extend beyond muscle and brain health. Here are some potential benefits based on available evidence: 1. **Bone Health** Some studies suggest creatine may enhance bone mineral density, particularly in older adults or those engaging in resistance training, by supporting osteoblast activity and reducing bone resorption. This could help in conditions like osteoporosis. 2. **Metabolic Health** Creatine may improve glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity, potentially aiding in type 2 diabetes management. It can increase glucose uptake in cells, especially when combined with exercise. 3. **Cardiovascular Health** Limited evidence indicates creatine might support heart health by improving energy metabolism in cardiac tissue, potentially benefiting those with heart failure or ischemic heart disease. It may also reduce homocysteine levels, a risk factor for cardiovascular issues. 4. **Anti-Inflammatory Effects** Creatine has shown potential to reduce inflammation markers in some studies, which could benefit conditions involving chronic inflammation, though more research is needed. 5. **Immune System Support** Emerging research suggests creatine may enhance immune cell function by supporting energy demands, potentially improving immune response under stress or in critical illness. 6. **Reproductive Health** Preliminary studies hint at creatine’s role in improving sperm motility and energy metabolism, which could support male fertility. Creatine goes far beyond just muscle health.
Do you know just how good exercise is for your cardiovascular system?
Chlorella is a single-celled freshwater green algae used as a whole food supplement, valued for its rich profile of vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, and chlorophyll.
Morning light exposure is one of the simplest, highest‑yield behaviors for improving mood, sleep quality, and daytime alertness. Just 10 minutes of natural light shortly after waking helps anchor circadian rhythms, stabilize cortisol patterns, and support cognitive performance throughout the day. Low effort. High return.
