We love Brene Brown. Another great quote from her. But how easy do people find it to be who they are?
We're loving the Wheel of Awareness from Dan Seigel in his book Aware. It a fascinating read and links very much to mindfulness practice.
It's OK to pause, take a breath and recharge.
What are your thoughts on being 'authentic"?
It's OK to feel what you feel. We really don't like the phrase "negative emotions" those more challenging feelings are telling us something and we need to be kind to ourselves as we feel them.
