@ChaseSupport after hours of waiting to get someone on the phone to cancel my flight, I finally got someone— and they put my on hold and disconnected me. This is absurd and insulting.

@ChaseSupport been trying to get through by phone for the past 3 hours. Have been disconnected twice after waiting for an hour. Can someone please help- I need to cancel my flight before the 24 hours is up.
