@PLAUDAI I ordered a pro a month ago and my order status has still not been updated. What is the current situation?

@LastPassHelp I no longer use LastPass and had an email about subscription renewal. I can no longer login and this seems to be the only way to contact support or cancel my subscription. At the moment you have me trapped in a subscription I cannot get out of! Anyone to help?

@PLAUDAI When you say backend. Do you mean direct message here or on the website?

@PLAUDAI Any idea when the October shipments are likely to take place? I have logged in to check and there is no indication on the order page?

@Sainsburys_Bank Done. Let's hope don't have to wait as long for a reply there.

@Sainsburys_Bank I've been on hold for nearly 2 hours regarding an urgent issue. How do I get to speak to someone??

The whole feed is full of people complaining about wait times. This is terrible.

@hibberthometech I've been traveling your old videos for help. I'm looking for a smart switch that allows a second switch to be setup in two way. Preferably a dimmer. Any suggestions please?

@Synology looking to buy a NAS. I can see Google drive syncs can be setup but are these one way or can you also two way sync?

@remedygames if I buy control ultimate edition for Xbox, does my save file carry from standard edition? Online suggests it doesn't for PS4 but can't see info on Xbox.
