@sportsanimal What song did the morning animals play on Thursday for 29 seconds of your favorite song? I loved it but can’t remember!

Some stomach bug hit me yesterday afternoon, so I missed out on my long run. But it’s alright, I’ll adjust my schedule and make sure I get in my miles! #grind #halfmarathontraining #okcmemorialmarathon #project159 #runokc #run #runner #running

I’m starting to take advantage of my cross training days and using them as dynamic recovery. I keep my heart rate 65-75% MHR (closer to 65%) but 40-60 minutes in length. 11 weeks until my first #halfmarathon! #project159 #runokc #runner #recoveryday

Is it hard for anyone else to actually run easy on your long days? I just feel like I don’t get a workout if I’m not sweating or breathing hard! But it’s super important to enjoy them, take it easy, and build your base! #runner #runnners #run #runokc #training #runhappy #marathon

5 miles into my #MTB ride at Draper, a flat derailed my morning training. So, I had to be flexible! This afternoon my #temporun was 4 miles at 7:45/mile. #revengerun #runokc #Project159 #tempo #niceweather #muscleroller

Just adding to my weekly mileage. This week I should hit 18. Since I’m still in my base building phase, I’m only doing one interval workout a week! Today was steady at 9:30/mile. #Project159 #RunOKC #running #strava @saucony shoes keep me moving!

@jmejdahl @Strava @StravaSupport Jens, I’m trying to reestablish the hashtag...I feel it didn’t get much love a year back when @Strava released it. Keep it going!! Good luck with your training!
