For all the parents out there with difficult nappers, here's a built-in daily dose of #patience: Spend a minimum of 5 minutes, 2X/day to get your child down for a nap. I try to use the time to work on my breathing, mind and patience. #dadclub #dadlife #GirlDad #firsttimedad
