Many people with clutter and hoarding tendencies have diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD. Looking forward to learning why and practical solutions to assist with this.
I totally get procrastination. I do it when thinking about exercise and housework! Make yourself accountable and that can be a real spur. If you have hoarding tendencies book in a professional organiser @apdouk or tell a friend your goals to keep on track. #Accountability
