@JohnPasalis @tomribulski Aren’t we missing a big piece of this story if we’re not discussing purpose built rental supply? Can we really say that rents may begin to tick up, with PBRs (current and forthcoming supply) excluded from the convo, as they are direct competition for leasers?

@BenRabidoux @IRB_Canada Bill c12 which is meant to “fix this” is in the final stages of the legislative process. This was identified as an issue over a year ago - better to focus on solutions than constantly rehash the problem.

@ramonashelburne Don’t think u meant it this way, but saying that Engelbert is “taking the high road” implies that Collier commenting the way she did is taking the low road - down, dirty and unfair. Collier spoke the truth and the media should be on top of the BS treatment of players in the W.

@PabloTorre - pls do not bring @mcuban on your show again, lest all our heads blow up with irrelevant, hyperbolic, groundless, adolescent “buts” and “what ifs”.

Pablo , you have become a great podcast entertainer. Great acting skills. But in terms of getting to the real real. Not so much 2. All of what you said is MEANINGLESS if KL2 didn't actually get paid. You once again talk about the first 2 payments. But NEVER, not once, not

@mcuban Have u listened/watched the podcasts at all??Yes, the company was a ponzi fraud and Ballmer and others were defrauded. Doesn’t change the initial intentions behind Ballmer’s investments, which clearly was to circumvent the cap. The evidence is damning and you’re ignoring it.

@mcuban What you’re saying here about the obvious ponzi is not disputed by Pablo’s reporting. Is it not possible that Ballmer got into business with scammers, but realized this only after he decided to use Aspiration as a vehicle for cap circumvention? The reporting suggests this…

Hope Canadians don’t fall for this Ponzi scheme. The only thing this policy creates are debt slaves for life, all in an effort to keep artificially inflated prices at their current levels. Disappointing 👎

We’re making 30-year mortgages available to all first-time buyers and all buyers of new homes—to help more Canadians become homeowners. Lower monthly mortgage payments will especially help younger Canadians get those first keys sooner.

@hellowelcomepod @JakeLFischer This guy is ALWAYS wrong (have u seen all his excuses on X for his recent “confirmed” draft and FA calls being 100% incorrect??). This wannabe has been so wrong, so often it feels like he’s trolling fans. Sad he’s getting a platform - skipping this segment 👎

Real answer - there is NO POINT to the @UN ….absolutely useless. The original virtue signallers, sheltering all the world’s bad actors. Disgraceful.

Watch Matt Lee ask StateSpox about the passing of the UN ceasefire resolution. Basically the US position is it makes no difference and Miller calls 🇷🇺/🇨🇳 veto cynical. Lee: Do you expect Israel is going to announce a ceasefire? Miller: I do not Lee: What’s the point of the UN?

@6ixIn6 I saw Kira Lewis Jr play the Raptors 905 last year. He was BEYOND heads and shoulders better than the typical G League player. I’m excited - I think he’s gonna cook with opportunity here. 🙏👍🤗

@raptorsrepublic I’m giving the deal a chance. Nwora and Kira Lewis Jr are actually talented players who haven’t had an honest chance to show their full potential on the teams they’ve been on. I continue to trust in Masai. 👍

@NickFriedell Respectfully, this is a tired take. The vast majority of basketball fans don’t care about watching “large markets”. Most would happily watch OKC, Indiana and Orlando over the Knicks or Lakers, any day. Good competitive basketball is what matters, not this BS narrative.
