The thyroid is so important and I’m sure many people don’t know much about it. If you’re constantly fatigued, moody, no energy, have trouble losing weight: get your thyroid checked. I’ve lived with hypothyroidism for over 20 years AND IT SUCKS. Take a ‘day at a time’ approach.👍🏼

@HypothyroidMom I know people that take their medicine and have no side effects. They don't realize how fortunate they are. Medications, diets, exercise, and all that doesn't work for everyone. Each person responds differently

@HypothyroidMom Couldn't agree more! The other day I was moaning that my pharmacist had given me a different brand of t3 and worried it wouldn't agree with me, other half said lucky to get t3, you wouldn't say that to a diabetic about insulin would you!!
