@Seth0Neill recurrent theme at ISTS València is: 1. a lot of Achilles patients are sedentary. 2. The VISA-A is still being used despite not being appropriate in this population 3. The VISA-A (sedentary) hasn’t been mentioned once. Hopefully in time, the uptake improves!!

#ISTStendon Nice free paper by Rodrigo Scattone Silva @UDtendongroup @ISTS_2023 A study rating patellar tendon loads in various exercises. SL decline squat created highest PT load. Recommendation: In patellar tendon rehab, start with lower load Ex & build up to a decline squat.
