@Seth0Neill @TDekkersPhysio Sure, could be. Could also be that distress, psychological issues = less sleep and prone to more injuries. Sleep seems important for pain though: e.g. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26194577/
@TDekkersPhysio And maybe we should also say that sleep from this kind af study cannot be said to be the mediating factor (might be), but people who has better sleep carries other attributes that lowers their risk ?
