My survey shows that 37% of what people learn happens by DISCOVERY (finding things out for themselves) 30% fm DOING THE DAY JOB, 20% fm DISCOURSE (interacting with others) & 13% fm DIDACTICS (being trained). How does this vary by age or country? See modernworkplacelearning.com/cild/mwl/how-m…
