Hey been a long time. Well it’s been a up and down roller coaster of stuff but we have made it. I don’t know how often we are going to post but well we are back!

What a crazy month it has been. We were hospitalized now in outpatient about to get a full psych exam and might get discharged soon. Through all this we are still here. Not much switching recently but lots of co consciousness. I don’t like how we got this way but I love my system

I’m back. After a 8 day inpatient stay. Many medication changes I am back. I am doing outpatient now. I am much better than I was.

Personally we look to ourselves as separate people. However we do acknowledge that we are all parts of one person. We are one whole together.

"certain types of trauma is statistically more likely to be damaging or typically has heavier effects " and "trauma is trauma, it doesnt matter what the type of trauma it is its literally just what that person couldn't handle and can be just as impactful as other" can coexist

Sorry we haven’t been posting there has been so much going on with trauma coming back up and an abuser in our life. We don’t have therapy for a while so we are just trying to get through it.

Today has been not great. Some trauma memories were brought up and now we have had multiple flashbacks. We are so dissociated and I don’t even feel like a person at this point. I have no idea what to do.-no clue

Pseudo memories are weird and kind of scary. My source was a big help for our host when he was in a bad place. My source is extremely traumatized. I know it wasn’t me but I can’t help but feel it did. I carry our trauma and his trauma. I really don’t know what to do-I’ll go by Ja
