@GrouponHelpUS Only "Twitter Blue" can send direct messages. But my support reference is #91793651

Has anyone else had the misfortune of dealing with @Groupon support? They fluffed up a booking and now putting all the onus on me to contact the retailer and request help/refund etc. Seems like they just take your money and care about nothing else.

Got to love those banana shaped cars, right @bathnes ? Hopefully @SomersetLive or @bbcpointswest can have a word with you about your line painting down Denmark road as you ignore everyone else.

@foodiechris @eon_next You have @MoneySavingExp and @BBCNews telling about how energy companies are offering customers money back for cutting usage, but I wonder if they know in some cases it's such a cruddy amount!!

@CRTContactUs there's a burnt out canal boat on the Kennet and Avon canal by Bradford on Avon which seems to be sinking and leaking fuel, something you can help with?

@itsRyRyUK @HM_Passport @RoyalMail Could be worse, I sent mine in and they appear to have lost it so now I'm without a passport and hoping I can get a renewed one within the 10 week window.

For example, the Google WiFi router is £79 on the @GoogleStore and is £39 on @AmazonUK . So yeah, @Google and their trade-in is a scam. They will take your phone, not give you the money they said they would, and now I'm left contacting trading standards.

I asked why. Because I sent back the Pixel 7 Pro I was told. But I bought a pixel 7 in response. I was told it was an exchange. I was told this wouldn't impact my trade in. So I was lied to. I've lost my pixel 5. I've been given store credit which, let's be fair, is worthless.

Story time. I bought a pixel 7 pro on pre-order and traded in my pixel 5. The 7 pro arrived and I realised my dainty hands would not be able to hold so I contacted @Google and asked to exchange for a Pixel 7. They said yes, but the "exchange" is to return the pro and buy the 7.

@Timotato How did you bend them to your will?! Despite purchasing the pixel 7 they've refused honour my trade in and have only given me Google Store credit.

@O2 can you help? I asked for a new esim today for my pixel 7, it's going to take a few days to arrive, but now my signal has been completely cut off. Has someone preemptively started the SIM swap without me asking?!

@Eurostar I'm unable to modify my booking, after changing the date/time it gives me "almost there" but it's never almost here. Is this a known issue?

@axainsurance Done. Let's hope they're as fast as the fsc were in their willingness to investigate them.

If like me you're having issues with Coverwise via @axainsurance then you may be interested to learn that they're registered in Gibraltar so you can email your complaints to the financial services commission ( [email protected] ) and have them investigated.
