@markbdelaney You can also offer to cover it for them. I’ve seen $15-50 each. Some may already have a letter you can use. I looked into this last summer. I can send you a few if you want a few options. As for the process - that was the “cost” of investing.

@SMB_Attorney I still go back to the fundamental question - how did we get to the rough proxy calculation being multiples for SMBs and cap rate for RE? We won’t get into startups doing the raise on premoney so you do math to get your proxy.
