Almost anything can be traumatic for children - it is the experience, not the event. We can't judge children's experiences against any lists of #ACEs or #trauma - or against whether we would find it traumatic ourselves, or think it should have been x.com/MAVscotland/st…
Quite like this about trauma, makes the point that the experience of the same thing can be very different-so the response needs to be individualised too @NavigatorsScot
