@AmerantBank your company bought my mortgage. I’ve called customer support 5 times. No one can help me set up the account to pay it. I’ve been promised 3 calls back. I’ve received none. I just want to pay for my home. Your process is broken.

@BuckReising I think it might have had something to do with the survey that came out a few weeks back for season ticket holders. I’m sure they got absolutely railed, especially on game day experience and things of that nature.

@Titans_Joey @TTBN_Tailgates Thank you Joey, Jacob gave me a call a bit ago and I think we are getting things straightened out. He’s piecing together my upgrade. If I don’t hear from him I’ll give you a call, I really appreciate it!

@BurkeNihill life long STM here. I’ve been trying to reach my ticket rep since June 24th, a mix of over 15 calls and emails. Jacob, the supervisor, would “undoubtedly” get back to me. Didn’t happen. I already have my PSLs for the new stadium. What is going on? Am I blacklisted?

@sanholobeats I think I’ve been mostly responsible (partially) for introducing your music to anyone and everyone in Nashville TN. There’s always a market for feel good music, and it cuts through the sad country songs on Broadway. Also, the bass hits so good on the lake! Come back!

The CBS Sports family lost a beloved teammate over the weekend. A tragic accident took the life of 31-year old Bryce Adair, who worked on football and golf coverage Can’t imagine how any family deals with a sudden loss, both immediate family and work family Jim Nantz with a moving and emotional tribute during the broadcast of the Memorial Tournament. #RIP 🙏

@noahweber00 If you can’t just honestly say it was a mistake, you can not be trusted. He said “you have to respect everybody.” Disagreeing with a decision is not disrespectful to a person. It’s a difference of opinion. That’s it. Nothing more. Nothing less.
