@goslee_aaron ‘Mentally ill’ was a euphemism to be kinder, in the first place. In the uk it replaced the term ‘lunatic’ which was becoming a very derogatory word. There is now a bizarre turn in which it’s referred to as ‘mental health services’ and some people complain ‘I’ve got mental health’
