@onwithsean support.apple.com/en-us/102349. She may need account recovery which is lengthy and then set up 2 factor. Apple does not use security questions anymore. Have to upgrade asap. Account recovery then set up two factor and put a recovery email if you have not already. Good luck!

@ilamont @universalhub @MBTATransitPD @MBTA Simple, easy way to enforce the law. So many expired and potentially hazardous cars driving around. Takes 15 min once a year. Too bad other places don’t do this around the state. Get your car inspected. Problem fixed :)

@sylvancreek @universalhub @MBTA The parade was planned for weeks. 99% of the participants have t passes or could get one before then. It’s no surprise. If it was jamming up getting through the fare gates I get it. Piss poor planning. :) soon you’ll be able to use your phone to pay at a gate.
