Mid morning snack time, food is almost back to wear it was, post cut. Maybe just another 100-200 shy, still got a good few months of growing. Be interesting to see what calories are this year before dieting.

To try and loosen this back off, walking is as good as my cardio gets at the mo. Plus I'm still half in gym gear, I was running to late for work thing morning, I only half got changed !

The Legend of #m10 that is Ian, was a very brave and courageous individual that worked out in the face of adversity today. Let down by his coach he picked himself up off the changing room floor and said no, "I'm going to do this". And he did. #legend

My mum bought the dog a new jumper, she thought it was a nice pattern, she didn't realise it was a picture of Princess Lea from star wars PML. Dog doesn't seem to mind. #classicmums
