I think ultimately we’ll end with new record highs for all 3 Indices at the end of 2025, barring new exogenous variables. But credible threats to this narrative are on the perimeter (inflation return, manufacturing data due to $ strength, etc)

I believe that’s why the DOW is under much duress and has diverged from the S&P and Nasdaq. Good odds that the “V” shape recovery crowd gets washed out in a bigger correction move lower. However, economic growth is strong and optimism for incoming administration is high.

Thoughts on the latest market correction: Don’t ignore USD, broke upside of key 2 year range and is poised for further strength outside of intervention. Last time the $ made a move like this, the $ top coincided with the market bottom of October 22’

Interesting XOM/WTI divergence. I think XOM is the liar between the two. I've opened Jan 23 puts with a 95 strike. XOM and others have run hard YTD already, it's time for a pullback / test of support. Stay tuned.
