And they are saying more than 700 dogs unaccounted for according to records. And he’s still got rescue animals on his property. I beg you to bring this tragedy to light! This guy, Shannon Miranda has been operating in Fortuna, CA, Humboldt county California for 25+ years. Thousands of animals were sent there, and probably ended up shot in the head and buried.
