George Washington wasn’t just the first president—he was a serious real estate investor. From surveying frontier land to owning 50,000+ acres, he knew: 🏡 Land = stability 📈 Land = influence 💰 Land = generational wealth 👉 The same mindset lives on in today’s tax code, which rewards long-term real estate owners.

If you’re in your 20s or 30s: Take your shot. Bet on yourself. The “safe” path isn’t always safe. And the hard road? It leads somewhere worth going.

How many people are ACTUALLY living the life they want? Doing what they want. When they want. With who they want. I’d bet it’s a very small percentage. At 45, I can say yes. But getting here wasn’t easy. 🧵

The wealthy don’t save their way to freedom. They use tax law. This new bill restored 100% Bonus Depreciation—permanently. 💥 Buy $400K rental → cost seg study → $120K write-off → ~$44K tax refund. Cut your investment in half. Keep all the upside. Play a different game.

Meanwhile, the investors I’ve helped buy real estate have: ✅ Cash flow ✅ Equity ✅ Tax benefits ✅ Actual control And they understand their investments. No jargon. No smoke and mirrors.

“Stay the course.” That’s what most financial advisors say when you start asking questions. But that course? I’ve watched it lead people—including my own dad—straight to disappointment.

Most people are following a retirement plan they’ve never done the math on. It’s buried in a 30-page advisor binder—designed to confuse, not empower. It doesn’t have to be this complicated.

Ever actually sat down and calculated what it takes to retire with $10K/month in passive income? The numbers might shock you. And the plan most people are following… doesn’t even come close. (Might do a full thread on this soon.)

Real estate isn’t just about ROI. It’s about life ROI. More time. More flexibility. Less stress. More purpose. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people get this right. Not to sell a property— To help people change their future.

Most people don’t fail at real estate because it doesn’t work. They fail because they don’t last long enough for it to work. Here’s how to stay in the game long enough to win 🧵
