Love your kid. No matter how you differ. Love your kid. Tell them you do. Show them you do. Make sure they know, even when you don’t love their choices, even when they don’t share your convictions, that you love them and you are there for them. Right there for them.

Thanks to Chase Schuchard, a Cotton Board Alternate Member, who farms south of Roscoe, Texas, for showing Christi around his farms morning. It’s been hot and dry this summer for most of Texas, but Chase has a few fields of irrigated cotton he’s optimistic about harvesting.
