There are plenty of plan trusters who rightfully pushed back on this. They are separate from the people who used it as engagement bait to attack the integrity and intelligence of the President, like they’ve done forever with literally every issue.
To the contrary. The people pushing back on this are relieved that their efforts bore fruit. The plan trusters, on the other hand, just see another reason to sit on their hands and hope for the best.
If we invade Iran, then I'm with the people ditching Trump. That is an unforgivable betrayal. But if nothing happens in a week -- and this basically disappears like 2020 -- I wonder if the hysterics will admit they were wrong. Let's see what happens.
