@dhlexpressuk Waiting for a parcel, only to get an "attempted delivery" alert with a picture of someone's hand. My husband was on the drive - no one came! Stop lying about fake attempts, just say you can't make it. Why is it impossible to reach anyone? Please contact me directly to sort this.

@Sainsburys @Sainsburys Terrible experience today while shopping with 3 children to pack a picnic. Used SmartShop ("Scan as you Shop"), paid at the self-checkout, and was publicly accused of stealing by your security guard in front of the whole store. I want a response.
@berk_hamstead Very mixed instructions there from the lovely masked gentleman. "Get in the sea" is my fave - sounds quite refreshing. Perhaps he thought the ladies looked a bit hot. Very considerate chap. Keen palaeontologist too from the sounds of it. Needs a bit of lemsip, mind.
