a year ago, I finally got a job and thought the search was over but not long after they let everyone go. I have been searching ever since and honestly, it's been such a rough time trying to find a job even just locally. I keep hearing people say we're hiring!

Is it just me or do companies take forever to respond/never respond Really disheartening in all honestly. Even just a simple email letting you know if you've been rejected/proceeding to interviews would be amazing I'd like to know where I stand with my application
