When the trade goes the wrong way, and you feel panic set in: 1) get away from your screen 2) do 10 Burpees/take a walk around the block 3) drink a glass of water 4) then return to your computer Only then will your prefrontal cortex be back online to make a rational decision.

2 years ago, I was told by my employer (a university), that they weren't going to continue my contract due to the pandemic. As of today, I'm earning multiple 6-fig AND a first-time homeowner!
