@grubhubcare I need the erroneous hold taken off my sons account so he can order food using gift cards I purchased. The gift cards show an active balance and reps confirmed the hold is an error.
Thank you @McdonldsUSA for the uncooked spicy chicken sandwich! #Salmonella

@ShopifySupport Shopify has lost me as a customer.
@Shopify I purchased a theme that I hate. The preview function was not working and I purchased it in good faith based on the demo - the theme in actuality looks awful. Less than 24 hours from purchase I contacted support asking to exchange for another theme. They refuse to help.
@ShopifySupport End result is I don’t want a refund I want to exchange one theme for another. If you can’t do that then you’re not the service for my business. I’ve wasted enough time on this.
@ShopifySupport I have a number of sites and wanted to give Shopify a try. This Is horrible service. All I want to do is exchange one theme for another. It is not my job to improve your service. I can not believe this experience. You never waste a customers time.
@ShopifySupport I’m not spending my day replying on Twitter if Shopify wants my business call me. In the end Shopify makes their money off the transactions not the themes you either want my store or not. I’m disputing the charge if I walk so this your chance to save a customer
@ShopifySupport The look of the theme is not what it appeared to be in the demo aesthetically it doesn’t work for my business . If the preview had been working I would have seen that. If I have to pay for another theme I am inclined to give my money to square who has excellent customer service

Hello Friends that use sewing machines, don’t buy a singer because if you do and it breaks and you contact customer support they won’t contact you back like they said they would @SINGERCO
@kyberlightsaber hey my friend I emailed you about the defective saber for my son, can you please send me a shipping label via email to return it back to you for a repair or replace it? My order number 1000017941.
@SINGERCO I want to say thank you to singer for selling me a broken sewing machine and not answering my multiple emails on how to fix their error code #3 emailsAgo
