I have that fun combo of thin, fine curly hair that gets absolutely *destroyed* by mainstream products formulated for straight hair so that it’s just a rat’s nest of poof. but it’s so much work to find alternatives why would you cut that stuff when you could not 😭😭

I’m not sure if this is a DID thing or something else but this last year n,es just don’t feel right, going by the birth name feels wrong, but also I can’t think of a general anything for us to go by that just feels ok, and selecting one members name to use feels wrong .

I May not have gotten enough sleep, like not even close, I maybe at a much higher risk for seizures today, today is gonna be awful, traumatic and possibly ruin a years worth of spoons depending how it goes, but at least I have a nice cupola tea this morning

I read that fear of being happy is trauma response once, but seems there is more to since anytime I actually am able to experience joy things go horrifically wrong fast shortly after, Must be nice to be one of those people who get to just experience joy with out consequences
