Anyone who thinks all 3 Hughes brothers on the Devils is a recipe for playoff success is delusional. Sure, it would be fun regular season hockey (unless they turn into divas who refuse to pass other players the puck which isn’t unlikely), but that’s not how you build a Cup team

No. The key is to draft a player who can become like Sam Bennett. Or trade for an overlooked player who can thrive in a new setting like Bennett did going from Calgary to Florida. But this is way too much to ask for from Fitz & Co who draft duds like Stillman. Fitz & Co are inept

I’ll say it loud and clear: you can’t build a team around Jack Hughes UNLESS he puts in the work and dedication to gain strength. He clearly has not committed himself to disciplined off ice training like other players have. Very concerning

I’d think that if Jack knew he was the face of this franchise then he’d put on 15 pounds and stop shying away from any physical contact on the ice. Could be wrong though - everyone’s different!
